The student must notify the school at least one week priorto the month of absence.
The deposit will be placed on hold during the break. However, the availability of the student’s original timeslot is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
The student or parent must inform the school one week in advance before resuming classes.
Suspension
The student must notify the school at least one week prior to the intended month of absence.
A non-refundable suspension fee, equal to half of the monthly fee, is required to be paid before the suspension period to secure the student’s vacancy.
Termination
Minimally 1 month of notice to be given before the termination
The notice period is defined as the last month of lessons, during which the student is expected to attend (e.g. Informed on September, Notice Period = November)
