  • Interim Break / Suspension / Termination

     Interim Break  

    • The student must notify the school at least one week prior to the month of absence.
    • The deposit will be placed on hold during the break. However, the availability of the student’s original timeslot is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.  
    • The student or parent must inform the school one week in advance before resuming classes.  

    Suspension

    • The student must notify the school at least one week prior to the intended month of absence.
    • non-refundable suspension fee, equal to half of the monthly fee, is required to be paid before the suspension period to secure the student’s vacancy.

    Termination

    • Minimally 1 month of notice to be given before the termination
    • The notice period is defined as the last month of lessons, during which the student is expected to attend
      (e.g. Informed on September, Notice Period = November)
