Mr. Michael Tong, known for his role as the Director of Symphony Music School, has had an enduring passion for music since his youth. Growing up, he was fortunate to receive music lessons—a rare and expensive opportunity at the time. Reflecting on this privilege, he felt a strong desire to make music education more accessible to others. In 1995, he acted on this vision by establishing Symphony Music School.

His goal was simple yet profound: to create a space where children from all backgrounds could experience the joy of music. “Back then, music lessons were a luxury,” Mr. Tong recalls. “I wanted to change that by providing opportunities for everyone to learn and appreciate music.” Through Symphony Music School, Mr. Tong has been able to fulfill his mission, offering quality music education to aspiring musicians of all ages.
